Born into a real estate family in Ohio, Ryan was raised with strong midwest values, work ethic, integrity, and a strong emphasis on the value of education. While studying business at The Ohio State University, he began laying the foundation for his sales and real estate career working with a custom home builder and as a rehab contractor. Ryan has never shied away from hard work or getting his hands dirty. He continues that mentality with his clients, always going above and beyond, without consideration whether it falls under his job description. If it needs done, he will make sure it gets done. 



​In my free time, priority #1 is spending time with my beautiful wife and four children. We love being outdoors, hiking, swimming, camping, golfing, playing sports, and any new adventures we can think of. 

We are active in our local church and enjoy serving our community in any way we can.

Matt Mullin


As a Las Vegas native and Realtor for over 17 years, Matthew found his love for serving the community through real estate after spending three years in corporate finance and equity research.  With a BA in Economics from Princeton University, Matthew serves as Principal of the group, building systems and processes to support every sales executive on the group to create the highest level experience for our clients, customers, and industry partners.  When Matt isn’t working, he loves spending time doing CrossFit and Spartan races with his wife and three children.


Kevin Dordal


Kevin was struck by lightning at the age of five, sparking his creative side ever since. He spent the majority of his youth winning art/music awards and accepting payment for doing his classmate's art projects. After deciding to forgo art school and pursue a degree in Advertising, Kevin discovered his talent for creating print media and began to advance this career path. He spent the majority of his twenties designing billboards/magazines and ads/lightboxes for restaurant groups, Vegas hotels, and entertainment acts and has since channeled his design skills into digital mediums. When not designing, Kevin enjoys spending time with his two boys and fixing complicated devices like cars and appliances by watching instructions on YouTube.


Crystal Brown


Crystal Brown is our Team Manager and a native to the Las Vegas valley with 20+ years of real estate experience, including residential real estate, rental assistance, REO Asset Management, and Corporate Relocation assistance. In her off time, she enjoys gardening, watching sci-fi movies, and playing video, and board games with her friends and family.


Kathy Wolfe


A Las Vegas resident of 36 years, Kathy’s career was in the Hotel & Casino industry spanning from Human Resources, Marketing, Public Relations & Advertising. Kathy has also entertained throughout North America as a featured performer in many production shows.  With her diverse career path and as a licensed Realtor, Kathy has created a wide range of knowledge, flexibility, and a unique style, as well as the confidence you expect in a professional! 


Frankie Verhaalen


As Group Administrator with The Mullin Group for seven years, Frankie contributes to the backbone of support that allows every sales professional on the team to provide a high-quality experience to their clients.  When she’s not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, biking, and playing tennis.
